At KULE, we want you to love your stripes, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct size exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items reach our warehouse.
